HMO
You get HMO upon commencement, and depending on your client’s budget, you may also get dependents upon commencement. You get an extra dependent every year on your work anniversary.
Leave
You get 20 Planned Leaves plus 7 Unplanned Leaves every year. In addition, some of your planned leaves can be converted to sick days if needed.
Holidays
We understand the importance of Philippine holidays; they are significant for your work-life balance and also ensure you have ample time to rest, relax, and spend time with your family.
Bonus
Every October, you receive a 14th-month performance bonus as long as you’re meeting expectations. Some of our clients offer additional incentives throughout the year.

Michelle Fiegehen is an Aussie now residing in the Philippines, overseeing and building the Yempo teams in Manila, Cebu and beyond. A former IT Director in the Finance sector, she has decades of experience building and leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams around the globe.
Ian Parkin, Director of Operations
Ian Parkin has extensive experience leading teams located across multiple time-zones and cultures as well as delivering solutions through offshore service centres. Ian’s background includes specializing in the technical integration aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Riza, Director of People & Culture
