Senior Customer Service Representative

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to work dayshifts. You will be working in our Makati office, with the possibility of a hybrid setup in the future.

Our client

In this position, you will be assigned to our client located in New South Wales. They are the premier supplier of home elevators, where over 25 years of experience, innovation, and passionate commitment to enhancing lives come together.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound telephone calls and other communication relating to service customer needs (entrapments, breakdowns, bookings for all service types Including added value products ).
• From time-to-time you may be asked to specialize as an inbound specialist or outbound specialist.
• Inbound specialists handle the inbound calls and dispatch technicians/tasks accordingly and document the activity in Salesforce.
• Outbound specialists handle email, Insight and Facebook enquiries as well as sending quotes for repairs and upgrades, all of which are recorded in Salesforce.

Your Background: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Commerce
• 5+ years of direct customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate level skills in MS office
• Polite and courteous
• Organised, multi- tasker, detail oriented
