The Role

The role offers a consistent workload, combining HR administrative support with opportunities to interact with both new candidates and current employees.

The HR Coordinator will facilitate the employee experience and lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations and consistent follow-through on HR processes. This role is distinct from HR compliance, focusing instead on managing internal processes and supporting employee-related functions.

The goal of this role is to maintain our great culture by enhancing the employee experience, quickly and accurately executing HR tasks, improving our EVP, and driving engagement initiatives. Help us achieve our goal of becoming the employer of choice in our industry!

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding).
  • Facilitate all recruitment processes and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Facilitate onboarding steps to provide a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure action items are completed.
