Our Client
Join an established and reputable firm with a 20-year history of success. Be part of a great culture where teamwork, support, and collaboration are at the core of everything they do. This company is proudly 100% certified as a ‘Great Place to Work,’ offering an environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally.
As a Business Analyst (ERP Project), you will play a key role in supporting our transition to NetSuite by helping the business review, refine, and optimize processes as we move away from legacy systems. Every core business process is being redefined, and your work will ensure that these are clearly documented, practical for users, and aligned with how the new system operates.
This role is business-focused, with a strong emphasis on process mapping, documentation, and user training. While some technical aptitude is important, this is not a purely technical role. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the organization to ensure NetSuite works for them—not the other way around.
Your Responsibilities
• Review, adapt, and improve business processes to align with the NetSuite system.
• Deliver hands-on NetSuite training sessions for new hires and current users to support system adoption.
• Provide responsive troubleshooting and support to non-technical users.
• Develop clear, user-friendly SOPs and training materials to support day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, map workflows, and support process redesign.
• Design reports and dashboards that surface meaningful business insights.
• Oversee daily NetSuite administration, including user management, configurations, and issue resolution.
• Support the organization’s shift to new ERP processes through strong documentation, communication, and change management.
Your Background
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience across business functions.
• Proven experience in onboarding and training users on NetSuite or similar systems.
• Strong business focus with the ability to understand, document, and improve operational processes—not just the technical system.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Strong attention to detail in documenting and standardizing business processes.
• A collaborative mindset and a focus on solving real-world business challenges.
• Experience working with Australian or other English-speaking clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Comfortable working across both business and technical teams.
