Our client

In this position, you will be assigned to our client located in New South Wales. They are the premier supplier of home elevators, where over 25 years of experience, innovation, and passionate commitment to enhancing lives come together.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Courteously manage inbound calls, emails and messages in a timely manner, reducing missed and abandoned calls and customer waiting time
  • Evaluate customer queries and allocate technicians to entrapments, breakdowns, service visits, (all types), Repairs,
  • Listen, record and handle minor customer complaints, escalate others to the call centre manager and leading hand / branch manager where required.
  • Build customer loyalty through follow up of customer calls
  • Outbound calls to customers enabling booking of all service offerings, allowing efficient usage of technicians’ schedules
  • Liaise with branch service personnel to ensure efficient resolution of breakdowns, bookings and technical queries.
  • Identifying requirements and recording information into computer systems
  • Taking payment for all service offerings.
  • Offer customers added value Easy-Living products and services
  • Any other duties and special projects as directed by management, in keeping with employee skills and experience

Your Background: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Commerce
  • 2-4 years of direct customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate level skills in MS office
  • Polite and courteous
  • Organised, multi- tasker, detail oriented
