Your Responsibilities:
The position of Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 is responsible for delivering solutions to a wide range of clients in diverse industry verticals. The role involves liaising between the client and a team of technical specialists to understand and deliver services to meet clients’ business goals.
This role will allow you to participate in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing business requirements to configuring Microsoft Dynamics applications. You will also get the opportunity to work within a team to provide pre-sales support, assist in the estimation of projects and provide input into Software architecture.
• Coordinate work assignments with management by assisting with developing project plans, and task schedules, scheduling and preparing for workshops and interviews, gathering documentation, and liaising with client stakeholders.
• Act as a conduit for information between the business and the system developers
• Lead project engagements ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, with scope adhered to while also ensuring that client expectations are satisfied or exceeded.
• Identify and escalate changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Analyze and document business requirements
• Conduct acceptance testing and training users on the Dynamics application
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Proactively resolve client queries or complaints; or report these to management and work together on developing strategies for improvement.
• Build solid and effective client relationships by ensuring direct accountability for defined assignments or projects to ensure that repeat business is garnered. These often involve immediate action or short-term planning of people, systems and platforms to achieve required client milestones and objectives, within specified timeframes and costs.
• Build trust and respect from clients and team members at all levels of the organization, including key stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement.
• Monitor the performance of project team members and provide feedback to management.
• Coordinate the communication of project expectations to the project team including reinforcing the need for quality service that meets organization and client standards.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years experience in Dynamics CRM Project Implementations
• Experience with core application functionality, application technology stack, and other Microsoft technologies such as MS SQL Server, .NET, and SharePoint Portal Server.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience
• CRM 2015 and/or 2016 Dynamics Certification
• Proven experience in a client-facing consulting role
• Experienced in gathering requirements, Gap Analysis, writing functional requirement documents, conducting workshops, training users
• Ability to work autonomously & own the functional aspects of the project
• Excellent communication, presentation/consulting skills. Must have experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics CRM Projects.
• Ability to take a consultative approach, understand client requirements, and offer ongoing support.
• High-level communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate at the technical, business, and personal levels (both written & verbal)
• Previous system integration experience, including data migration.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Experienced in providing detailed, high-quality documentation
Nice to have
• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration experience
