Your Responsibilities
• Assist HR Team on staff recruitment – advertising, shortlisting, interviewing to offer of employment.
• Managing mobilisations of personnel to all company projects
• Managing and inputting personnel’s compliances
• Maintain organised physical and digital HR files and documentation.
• Co-ordinating and arranging any training requirements
• Maintain potential and current employee records
• Checking of references for all new employees
• Ensuring all personnel licenses, visas and tickets are valid and kept up to date
• Timesheet Approval from Clients using Microkeeper

Your Background
• Relevant experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including Microkeeper or similar platforms (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
