Our Client 

In this position, you will be assigned to our client located in UK. A healthcare specialist business focused on developing and implementing technologies and services to reduce the risk of patients, staff, and public acquiring infection in clinical and non-clinical environments. Trusted by over 40% of UK National Health Service Trusts.  

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively identify key stakeholders and influencers in the market.
  • Maintain a live conversation and build strong rapport and relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure there is accurate CRM records for all accounts, contacts and leads.
  • Identify and understand the key criteria and need for each of the people we engage with.
  • Secure commitment and book appointments for sales managers to meet with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure a steady flow of new opportunities are being added to the pipeline each day. 

Skills Required:

  • Experience in outbound lead generation calls
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to accurately maintain records of accounts, contacts, and leads.
  • Ability to identify key criteria and needs of stakeholders and analyze market trends.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset to identify opportunities and engage stakeholders.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years in experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Experience in researching and identifying market trends and key players.
  • Experience working in medical sector preferred
