Our Client

In this position you will be assigned to our UK-based client. They are equipped with 25 years of experience in delivering specialist pressure care comfort for patients and individuals. They offer specialized products and clinical help to incorporate pressure care into their organization’s culture while being cost-effective.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the EA with reporting using Excel.
  • Assist with sales reporting.
  • Help maintain the health and safety records for the company.
  • Help maintain the ISO records for the company.
  • Manage and flag all recurring contracts for the company.
  • Manage the credit card records.
  • Assist the EA with follow-up tasks for the wider team.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks for the EA.

Your Background

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
